Anubis with new frenzy

So i went into jg practice and with half stacks on doom orb at 13 min (not sure if gold fury health scales with time in jg practice) anubis was able to solo gold fury while frenzy was popped with his 3, ult, and 1 to finish it off. I tried it without girdle, and he couldn't do it as well as with max doom orb stacks, he was barely able to do it. With any team help, the new frenzy could bring back 2 min gf's (if you risk picking anubis).

EDIT: went back in like 8 min later, and the health does scale.
