Short term heroes-Long term Doom bringers
So has anyone else noticed how with every single Elder scrolls title the player character somehow always finds a way to either destroy, or allow the destruction of one of The Towers. For those of you who don't know, the Towers are what hold up creation, like the stitches in the fabric of reality. It just so happens that as the series progresses, way too many of these stitches have become unraveled. The Red Mountain Tower was shut off by the Nerevarine when he defeated Dagoth-Ur, the Amulet of Kings destroyed by the last of the Septim line. Several other examples can be found throughout the series. I'm not saying that these actions were unjustified or unnecessary, whenever a tower is destroyed it is always for the sake of protecting the world. However it is disconcerting how as the series progresses we are getting closer and closer to true oblivion (or Sithis all things considered). Your thoughts?
