I'm [27/f] and trying not to get tired of him[31/m].

I've been in a serious relationship for 3years. He is cool and very caring (matters bcos of the demanding nature of my job) Unfortunately, he didn't get a good job and went for MSc. So,I'm part time funder. The problem is he is nonchalant about anything serious. From discussions to decisions. I've talked to the point of nagging and then I stopped. Recently, I write and show or send it to him. He won't even say a word about what he read. At a point,I wrote his strengths and weaknesses and showed him,he walked away smiling. It's so annoying bcos we never get to see(he schools in another state) Surprisingly, he counsels people and usually engage in serious discussions with them. He is a very good guy. Stayed with me through rough patches. But should I bank my future on that? TL;CR- My bf is nonchalant, should I stick with him or bolt?
