New contract implications for RCAs?

Work Question

From what I can tell, we get healthcare if we meet a certain criteria. Also, effective nov. 2015 we get a pay bump to 17.02... I don't know if they do this retroactively or what.

Lastly, they made a new position. ARC (assistant rural carrier). They get first priority parcels on Sat. Sun. and holidays, but are not the sub of record on any route or in the seniority chart. On Saturdays they can be required to case or run a route if all RCAs are already on routes. We might lose some money and gain some rest here.

Any thing I'm missing?
