[Spoilers E43] Fortification of Whitestone

This might make a good question for this week's Q&A, but I wanted to throw it out to all of you first.

If you were Gilmore, recuperating in Whitestone from the dragon attack, what would you do?

Both of his shops are destroyed, but he has a chance to start building a new one in Whitestone. The problem is, if the dragons turn their attention to Whitestone, they'll be in trouble. He needs to do whatever he can to protect Whitestone, especially while Vox Machina is absent.

To paraphrase Mark Watney, Gilmore would have to Magic the shit out of this.

For resources he has:

• The Castle of Whitestone

• The Anti-magic Orb of Death below

• Lots of Residuum Glass

• The Acid

• Lots of Enchantment Friendly white stone to build with

• Ripley/Percy's workshop (with however much black powder was left there)

• Whatever gold Cassandra could offer

• His gifted assistant Sherry

• A Queen in exile

• A whole town of refugees and Briarwoods survivors, all eager to help make Whitestone a safe place

• Jarrett, and the rest of the Greyskull Keep guards

• Anything else I'm forgetting

I ask you, Critters of Reddit, what Glorious things could Gilmore do with all of this?

Trebuchets loaded with Acid Barrels or enchanted residuum stone? An illusion to cloak the entire castle so it looks like an ordinary mountain? A cornucopia of perpetual Hero's Feast to feed the troops? A bunker made of white stone enchanted to resist fire/acid/cold/poison?
