Could the Hillary email thing end up being a huge PLUS for her in the general election?

Hear me out:

Republicans, fox news, etc attack her on this relentlessly. Sometime in early fall or so, the FBI clears her of any wrongdoing and drops the case. Wouldnt this take all the wind out of that attack? Wouldn't it make people think that her claim that everything is a vast right wing conspiracy seem true? Wouldn't people start to wonder if EVERYTHING republicans attack her for really is just them being overly dramatic over?
