S7 Edge Preorder issue #2 & 3

I guess t-mobile doesn't want my money....

So first issue was the surprise that I would have to put down a $60 down payment. I was told when I first signed up for JOD last year, and got my Note 5 and G4, that it would be $0 down and whenever I jumped my bill would only change according to the price of the phone. Now I'm being told I have to put $60 down. The $60 isn't an issue for me, it's that it ends up costing me more money when I jump. Here's my math: $780 / 24 months would be $32.50 a month. Putting $60 down would make it $720 / 24 would make it $30 a month. I plan on jumping again when the Note 6 comes out probably around September(possibly earlier to play with some other phone), meaning I would pay $32.50 x 7 months = $227.50. With the $60 down, that means I'm paying $60 + 30 x 7 which equals $270, more than $40 more wasted. If I jump earlier, the price difference would be even higher! My plan was to jump every 4ish months, meaning I would pay around $100 to $120 to have a phone for that time, which is about the same loss you would have buying a phone new then selling on Swappa, but without the hassle. With the $60 down, I'm losing out on that.

Anyway, moving on from that. Issue #2: I get emailed the lease contract today that I have to sign online in order to approve the Jump, and as I'm looking it over, it has the wrong color. I ordered the silver titanium, but the contract has black onyx. Ok, minor issue, whatever. I'll call them up and get this fixed.

Issue # 3. They can't fix it. Lady on the phone says she can't cancel the order, I have to wait for the signing window to expire so that the contract will be canceled... THEN I can preorder again.

I was loving t-mobile up until this point, but now I'm getting super pissed that A) the JOD program that I signed up for isn't what I signed up for anymore, B) The order was done wrong, and C) they can't fix it on their end, they have to just ride it out.

I'm going to go to the store to try and get this done correctly, but I will have to wait until Saturday because the contract doesn't expire until after 9 PM tomorrow.
