Ich habe morgen ein wichtiges Treffen.

I will be presenting via WebEx, to a group of doctors in Frankfurt. This is a super big deal for me, as it might mean my company will pay for me to travel to Frankfurt to do this job in person, if I pull it off well enough. I'm not good enough yet to do the entire thing in German, and this is ok. The presentation will be in English since on our end, we have physicians who do not speak any German.

However, I would like very much to at least start with a few phrases, and end with a few phrases as a way of showing I am learning the language and out of respect. Please let me know how this sounds:

Guten Tag, sehr geehrte Damen und Herren. Mein Name ist Whyspir. Ich bin einen Krankenpfleger mit (Insert company name here). Entschuldigungen Sie mir bitte, mein Deutsch ist noch nicht sehr gut. Ich spreche auf English.

Please let me know if that is appropriate and makes sense.

at the end I would like to say, thank you very much for your time.

I have no idea how to say that. Please help. Also, what is the correct form of address to a male and female doctor? Do you say: "Arzt (Nachname)" or is there a different way to do it?
