My FutureHoop isn't turning on.. anyone else have this problem??

:(((( I don't know what to to! I've tried two different batteries, made sure they were all charged up, wiggled some things around... gave it a light love tap. Has anyone else had to deal with this? The hoop is probably 2 years old or so.
