New game mode idea ?

Hi there. I was wondering if riot could create a permanent game mode where you don't need to play the whole game to be full build and know your champ potential in the late game. Like you decide and set up settings, as what build you want to try, at what level, but without playing the whole game, you just launch the match and everyone (in a bit game) would be set as u wanted in the settings, and you spawn the level you wanted with the amount of gold you asked for. And if it ever works why not try to do it online, normal queues for those who want to start like lvl6 and others lvl11. I didn't think about it a lot so maybe it's super dumb or something but easy w/ me pls lol tell me what u guys think (excuse my English if I made mistakes )
