A Large amount of my Library seems to be listed improperly and titles do not match up with the track

This is an issue i've had for years and i never completely fixed. Essentially, in the library, a song will be listed under one title with its correct track time. For example, you'll have two copies of Enter Sandman, one at 5:32 and one that's 3:02, you play the one that is 3:02 and it suddenly jumps to playing a different song and moves it back to the correct place in the library, but the tracks don't seem to have any correlation with each other (for example, sometimes they'll be mixed within their own album, or they'll be the wrong artist entirely). Well at some point a few years ago, something like this happened to around several hundred songs, but not every single song. Going through and individually playing each song will return them to their correct position it seems.

The interesting thing is that it only happens with songs bought through the iTunes store. Imported albums from physical copy or from other sites are fine.

Has anyone ever seen a similar issue to this? Is there a simpler way to fix it other than manually going through the whole library?
