New Office Update doesn't work?

SO apparently the new office update allows pen input directly where you can scribble onto a Word Doc. I downloaded the update and it said it worked, but I still can't do it? I can't update further since it says all updates were installed.. Any help on how to get the new pen input?

I really want this new feature since you can just write onto a Word doc without the need to click on Draw and click a specific line dimension!!!
