Anyone know how to fix this map bug [PC]?

When I click in the map for some reason the position of the "in game mouse" is not in the same position as the mouse I see so whenever I click anywhere the mouse is clicking 1 inch away on my monitor in a random direction. I can manage and it's not a huge deal but it can get pretty agrivating at times.

Edit: also on a total side note, does the game occasionally completely freeze your guys computers as well. Once every 3 times I play the game will just randomly freeze along with my entire computer and the only way to fix it is by doing a hard restart. I have an AMD Raedon Saphire Nitro R9 390 graphics card. I know that JC3 is suppose to be especially buggy for AMD but I wanted to know if this was related to that or just something everyone is experiencing.
