Campaign idea. "I was a __ supporter until ___"

I myself was a Hillary Supporter until I spoke about the 90s optimism the Bill Clinton administration had and my student loans with my elderly neighbor. Based on everything I was concerned about, she asked if I knew about Bernie Sanders. She didn't try to sell me on him and the conversation basically ended there. She just emphasized his socialist policies and how he's shaking things up by not being bought out. Being bought out huh? That night I saw him on Bill Maher and he got me not only aware what's going on, but got me motivated to educated myself. The more I knew, angrier I got especially by how misinformed I've been and how this could possibly continue if we don't shake things up within our own party.

So last night it got me thinking... We were all a supporter of someone else until we heard about Bernie Sanders (assumptive I know). Whether we're educated in the political system or not, we had a goto person of who we would vote for. I think simply filling out "I was a __ supporter until ___" on an image, or billboard, or FB status update, we have the chance to appeal to other voters who don't necessarily understand Bernie yet because I know once you understand him, you understand what's at stake.
