My rant against what happened to me a few moments ago.

Oh boy, here goes.

So, I'm scheduled out in Lawn and Garden from 1-10 today which wouldn't be bad except they've cut everyone's hours and my only help left at 4. So anyway, at about 5:50 I asked a CSM if I could have a cashier relieve me at 6:15 or so for lunch, she's like "OK, we will do that." Before I know it it's 6:40 and my register is yelling at me to sign off and the CSM calls saying they can't send anybody so I'm like, fine I'll just close it when it locks me out but I'll see if a manager can solve this first. I call a manager and they're like "oh you're about to be locked out? Just stay back there and I'll try to get you someone because you can't close early. 6:50 passed and I get kicked off and had to turn a few customers away to the front. I keep looking out in the floor to see if they've sent me anybody but nobody's coming. I call the operator at 7 to tell management I've been kicked off and need a cashier badly. 7:05 comes around and guess what? Nobody came. Finally, at 7:15 after calling a CSM again, they send someone and I go to lunch. Bless the door greeter though, she knew I was upset and hungry and gave me some apple slices to tide me over until they sent me someone.
