Reverse scrolling direction and move window buttons to left side?

Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

So a few days ago I bought a MacBook Pro and I've gotten very used to the reverse scrolling direction and having the window buttons on the opposite side. But I need Windows 8.1 on my desktop computer. Is there a way to reverse the scrolling direction and move the window buttons to the left side so that I won't have to get used to my computer every time I switch?
