What I Got on Spotify

Is it just me or the song What I Got is very poorly mixes on spotify? There is a ringing in the background that is so high it guves me a headache if I listen to the song for too long with earphones.

The voices have no balance, it goes from right to left to right. I love the song but I can't listen to it. It's the only song on the album that is like that.

Is it normal? Am I the only one? Was it wanted by Sublime to be so poorly produced? I never listened to the physical album so I don't know.
