My TWC internet speed is 200mbps but even via wire I only get 88mbps.

I just upgraded my internet to 200mbps but even with the computer connected directly to the modem, I only get 88mbp. I attached a wire to give internet to my mom's laptop as well and she only gets 90mbps. I also got a new modem put in my room just today.

The reason I switched up the modems is because internet couldn't properly reach my room. The old modem was placed in the office all the way in the back yard while my room is all the way in front. In the office, computers attached to the old modem would receive 200mbps of internet. I bought a router for wifi but the most download speed I can get out of it for my computer was 6mbps. I also bought a 2nd router and a powerline adapter and it only increased my speed to at most 20mbps. So I decided to get a new modem and have it be moved to my room but it still currently only gives me 80. How can I access my full speed?
