Episodes for a certain show not processing because they are "unexpected"

For some reason each time an episode downloads for this one show, the Activity page shows that the episode was downloaded but not imported. The error message says "Episode number X was not expected". All the info for the show on TheTVDB looks correct (episode number, air date, etc.). Any idea what might be going on here?
