Hell mode surprises

Got bored and decided to run hell mode just now and after seeing the oranges drop on the first run getting excited and then disapointed finding out they were just fragments i did a few more and got super excited again when this happened http://imgur.com/a/XQ4Ye both from 1 run but not really that great for me :(

I think i should keep the belt though for all that + fire damage think its worth it?
