Modest mouse is playing in my Alaskan town and it's 21+

I've been listening to them since I was 8, but I'm only 17 y/o. I'm trying to get a media pass as a photographer through a connection with the owner of the venue but does anybody have suggestions about what to do if that doesn't work? It's an outdoor concert and there's a spot on the street where you can see, which is how some friends of mine ended up on MGMTs insta, but I'm hoping to try and figure something more out.
