How easy is it to unintentionally curse somebody?

TL;DR: I think subconscious/unconscious thoughts that are barely perceptible have their own intent behind them, and I think this can get a person in trouble. Is this correct?

I've started to notice that there are multiple layers of thoughts that go through my head. Some of them are completely nonverbal and barely perceptible, but they are in a deeper level of my mind, and I'm aftaid they have a lot of power to them.

Some of these thoughts are pretty vile when I catch them and see them for what they are. The problem is that I don't always catch them in time, and I end up putting energy into them or even acting on them. If the thought is deeply ingrained from childhood it's even harder for me to catch.

I'm afraid that this automatic investment of energy into subconscious/unconscious thoughts is capable of bringing harm to people. If this is the case, then this Magic stuff is tricky business.

Also, is it possible to unintentionally put intent into a curse? The other day, someone did something to me that made me angry. I felt my anger coming on, and I made a series of split second, lightning fast, nonverbal decisions that my anger was justified, and that the person should have known better, and that they should feel my anger and that they did me wrong. I let my anger stew for a few moments before calming down. I didn't act on it, I just directed my energy at them for maybe 5-10 seconds before remembering I shouldn't do that. Next thing I know, the person is complaining of a stomach ache, and even after I calmed down it was weird between us.

If I had slowed down and reviewed these thoughts more thoroughly with my conscious mind before putting energy into them, I would have realized their negative intent and put a stop to them, but it wasn't that easy. Those thoughts came on quick, and the application of intent felt very automatic. I want to emphasize that I did indeed override my better judgement and direct negative energy at the person, but I also want to emphasize how easy it was to slip up. Easy to the point that it felt unintentional.

I've been seeing posts on here that remind me of more extreme versions of my inner shitty self (lower self?). Saying things that most people would consider awful. I read the and think, wow what a shitty person. Then I feel sickened when I realize that I have those exact same thought processes myself, only this "shitty person" actually put them into words. My point is that there's nasty shit lurking in my subconscious mind, and I feel that I should make myself as aware as possible of what's down there so I don't get myself in trouble with it.

I'm trying to remedy this by sending prayers and good energy to the people I've "targeted." I hope to master all the layers of my mind and grow past this.

Is there any reading I might be able to do about the multiple layers of consciousness in the brain? I heard Leary had one, but I've also heard it's junk. Are there any others?

I'm sure for many of you I'm preaching to the choir.

I wish you all the best on this wonderful evening :) (Even if my subconscious says otherwise)
