Getting ready to pull the trigger - Advice welcome

Hello! I've been doing some research and I have to say its overwhelming. I fly airplanes and play with RC cars and I I'd like to start making some parts myself as well as experiment with new builds and ideas. I don't need a very large build area, needs to be large enough to make rc parts (nothing as big as a frame)

My budge is 2000 for the printer. I've thought about a scanner as well but feel I should hold off.

For printers I'm looking for precision and support/ease of use. Noise and speed are not important to me.

So far I've been looking at these

LulzBot Mini (leaning heavily towards this)

Zortrax M200

CEL Robox

My question is, since I'm going to be relying on these parts to do work, should I look into more higher end printers and utilize diff filaments besides ABS?

Thanks for the help!
