Need input from heroin addicts for book

Hey there, I'm an author and I am trying to gain some insight on what it's like to be addicted to heroin. My next novel revolves around a mid 20s woman who becomes addicted after using the substance multiple times at the nagging of her boyfriend. I need a few questions answered:

1. How do you personally use heroin?

2. How specifically make you feel?

4. How does your addiction affect your relationships/body/love life

6. If you're recovering,how did you decide that recovery was in your future and how have you struggled with recovery?
