Anyone ever having issues ordering this server rack?

I am ordering my first proper server rack. It seems like I have seen people order this before, but I'm having so many issues with shipping I don't think I will ever receive it. It is just a standard startech 25U rack found here

I ordered this first off of amazon, first one came and the box was completely open. All the metal pieces were there, but none of the screws to actually put it together. And the packaging was complete garbage, the box weighed 70 pounds and the one end just had tape over it, no cardboard nothing. I get amazon to send another one out with 1 day shipping, the day it is going to arrive Fedex marks the package as a "delivery exception" and takes it back to the depot. At this point I was so frustrated I canceled the order and had my money refunded, so I never actually saw this box.

Then I turn around and order this on newegg, and today it was going to be delivered but once again another delivery exception. I have a case open with fedex at this point and going to get a call in the morning about it, but the fedex rep was pretty floored this happened 3 times at this point and from different sellers.

This can't just be me right?
