Game stutters for a second every 10-30 sec since last update?

I don't know if it is DUE to the last update, but ever since, I have been having an issue. Every so often it just will freeze for a second. I am getting about 120 fps running dual 970s with GSYNC on. I suppose GYSNC could be causing it, but figured I would post here before disabling.
