[Random]? Making a little game for a class, would like some help making a start screen.

The game is titled 'META4', and is 600px by 600px. Here are some of the things we would like to see incorporated. The first 5 images are the bosses of our game, most importantly and hopefully prominent in the screen is the last guy. My team member came up with some really rough sketches of an island and bridge (the island is where the main boss of our game is). We are looking for something not too crazy to be the start screen that first pops up when one open the game, other then that, you guys can handle this anyway you like. I can't wait to see your ideas.
