Overwhelmed with sadness

So, today I tried an experiment. Instead of embracing my urge to PMO, I decided to look up several videos of porn stars speaking out about their experiences in the industry. Up until this point, I've been able to ignore the reality of the porn industry and embrace my selfish urge to fap. Looking through the videos today made me change the way I see nofap. Maybe this post belongs under a different, anti-porn subreddit. Point is, for me nofap has become about refusing to take part in an entire industry that degrades women and promotes human suffering. It has become about refusing to recognize a view of human sexuality that is empty, hollow, and artificial. I was filled with deep compassion and sadness today. Nofap has become bigger than myself.
