Luau Party Menu Help

I am cooking for a party of ~25 people. I wanted to do a whole pig, but unfortunately the people hosting the party were pretty opposed to it. So, for the entree I'm going to some pork loins that I'm going to pick up at restaurant depot with a habanero pineapple salsa. The problem I'm having is with the side dishes. They don't necessarily have to be Hawaiian dishes, but I would like them to have a "tropical" feel. Think, Caribbean, Filipino , Central American, etc. I just don't want it to be prohibitively expensive, which is why I've rules out dishes highly reliant on seafood. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
