Need Advice For a New Haircut

Hey all, So I've never really been able to find a hair cut I've liked on me, I think my head must be an odd shape because it always seems too long on the sides for me. Right now its really long and messy and hard to keep up. This is the haircut I'd like to get http://imgur.com/Bx17qLR or at least something similar. First one is the one I like the most, second is my current hair, third is shorter (excuse my angry look) and fourth is just sorta normal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
