[DIPLOMACY] The First Caribbean Congress
We convene today in preparation for the first elections of the United States of the Caribbean. During this session, we will discuss:
- Measures of federal structures (m: what will our federal roles be or rather what are we putting as our tags? Who will be President, PM and we need to come up with at least one other role, likely vice president but we should come up with more)
- The expansion of the United States of the Caribbean. How should we go about seeking new members?
- Create a timeline for the creation and adoption of the Caribbean Dollar over the current East Caribbean Dollar. Do we wait for a currency union with CARICOM or do we enact it ourselves and if so when?
- Reaffirm economic and political alliances held by member states. We should establish alliances, military or economic, as soon as possible. We are still a CARICOM member and our other allies will likely be very accommodating but we must endeavor to make contact as soon as possible.
- Any other measures proposed by representatives
