Ordering from Supreme UK in France

I'm currently on holiday in france and i'm wondering if its possible to order from supreme uk using a foreign ip address? I'm ordering from an internet cafe so i cannot install a vpn unfortunately. So i'm wondering if it matters that my ip is from europe and not the uk
