Is there any way to make an iPad mini virtual keyboard bigger?

Maybe a setting, an app, a tweak...anything; I just feel keyboards too small some times specially in portrait mode I tried in accessibility > zoom keyboard but nothing happened.... iOS 8.1 I think, iPad mini 1 Thanks in advance!
