XPS 9550 15" w/ 4k screen - can I plug it into a VIZIO M43-C1 external television to use as a monitor and get 4k@60fps?

The television has an HDMI 2.0 port, but I'm not sure what sort of Monoprice equipment (if any) I'd need to actually get a 4k@60fps experience. I've used 4k monitors at 30fps and it was a nightmare so I don't want to make the same mistake again.
