We greet the NRR on this darkening day. We hope to be able to tell our troops that war has been averted.

We would like to hear what Rhodesia wishes for in the current European quandary. Our concerns are as follows:

• Agression by Ethiopia against our allies the British. We wish to know what Rhodesia's stance is with colonial nations and their plans to resolve the current conflit. We will not evacuate Algeria or our claims in West Africa, and we stand by the British and their territorial integrity, though again, we do not condone an invasion or harm to Rhodesia's integrity.

• We see the Roman Empire as the legitimate successor of the CEF in Europe and wish to know exactly what territories you wish to keep on the continent.

• If peace is to be guaranteed, we wish an immediate stand down order to the CEF military and the integration of the German forces into our own. We will offer Rhodesia to inherit all naval and space assets of the CEF. Ground equipment will be split half and half between us and yourself.
