Would love to be a part of an uprising

I'm currently in a server where there's that one "top dog" tribe that basically runs the server. I'm wondering if other skilled players would like to get together n wipe a top tribe with the force of all the small tribes united. And wondering if there is a perfect server for this, one where most tribes are already allied n against top tribe.

My server isn't a bad option it's 49 and run by a tribe with like 8 gigas. my tribe won't be named but has plenty to help support a rebellion.
