Can't draw with mouse in one note.

-Desktop PC

-On Windows 7 SP 1

-Have whatever the latest one note is.

I click on "Draw" which drops the pens and stuff down, I click on one of the pens and it gives me this error message. "Tablet drivers are not installed on the system. You must install them to enable tablet features." It then greys out all of the pens and you can't click on them until you restart one note but this just brings up the error message again and the cycle continues. I don't have a tablet, I have disabled the windows tablet functionality (control panel>programs>turn windows features on or off) and I have restarted. Anyone know how to fix this?
