Computer Science Gaming Laptop?
I'll be off to college soon and wanted to get a laptop
Country of purchase: USA
Budget range: around $800
Purpose: Programming and gaming. Touch screen for taking notes is a big plus though.
Screen size preference: Nothing too small but not over the top large like a 17-18 incher.
OS preference (Windows/Mac/Linux): Windows
Gaming requirements (list example games and desired fps/settings): Nothing too specific but maybe something that could run BF4 at 60 fps on high settings. This is an overshot, slightly less is okay.
Other performance requirements (video editing, CAD, etc.): None
Portability requirements (constantly carried, frequently moved, mostly stationary, etc.): I am going to school so I will be moving around and taking it places, including class, so it can't be over the top 17 inches.
Any particular style that you like (examples are great): No, not really even a priority at all.
