Best book about Broadway musicals?

Anyone have recommendations for a book that outlines notable/interesting musicals throughout history? I'd prefer one in less of a history-paper format and more like a list of musicals with short features on each one.

So far, I've been looking to get either The Book of Broadway: The 150 Definitive Plays and Musicals and Broadway Musicals, Show by Show - Seventh Edition but I'd love to hear others' preferences and suggestions!
