Question about Hae's lividity

Hi all, I was wondering, is it possible that Hae's body was laid face down when she was first killed, in the same area where her body was found, but she was moved on her right side later? My mind keeps coming back to this other guy, I've forgotten his name, maybe Roy Davis? This is the suspect in the other student's murder. If she was killed by someone as disturbed as this individual must be, it makes sense to me he would come back and move her body at a later time.
