Doogee F1 Turbo Storage Allocation Fix / Repartition?

So this phone only has 1.25 GB worth of storage for apps which has been absolutely infuriating. I got an SD Card, but that only really goes so far.

I've been looking for a fix lately but I can't find anything very straightforward and the fixes I have found don't work. Most promising was this fix but I tried loading the scatter files into the SP Flash Tool and got an error that the file was invalid.

Does anyone have a fix for this error or any other leads on how I can expand my storage?
