If a Force India can run 1:23.110 on medium tyres, it shows just how much pace the top teams have left.

People were raving when Vettel ran a 1:22.810 and Ricciardo ran a 1:23.525 on the ultra softs. But Hulk's 23.1 on tyres that are seconds per lap slower shows how little the top teams are running (unless Red Bull and Ferrari have built absolute pigs).

Realistically you would be expecting the top teams to be into the 20s on the ultra softs should they actually set the car up and push.
