[low sexual desire] Does a vasectomy alter hormones transferred via ejaculate between a man and a woman?

I was taught that hormones such as testosterone and oxytocin are present in ejaculate and absorbed by women after intercourse. Is this accurate, do the hormones have an effect on women, and is this changed by a vasectomy?

I wonder if lower testosterone could reduce sexual desire in woman and lower oxytocin would reduce feelings of bonding. Or are the amounts involved negligible?
