Anyone have any experience with Teaching Strategies?

Apparently it is becoming mandatory in Florida and I was wondering if anyone had any advice??

Edit: To be more specific, I'm curious to know what hardware you're using to record the information on. What's the best way to train the teachers? They've asked us to be compliant and to finish observation by April, is this realistic?
