[Request] Can anyone help me read this? [x-post /r/findareddit]

backstory: I posted in r/findareddit looking for help reading this person's handwriting. I'm working with forms and this particular entry has me stumped.

subject in question, last name, probably written all caps (first name was)

Rugie, Rugre, Riani? It's not unusual for the person to fill this out on the wall

P.S. If this is the wrong place for this, I will gladly remove it, I noticed at a glance this is usually people practicing handwriting, but wasn't sure if anyone would like to/could help
