[TOMT] [MOVIE] A Scene with people in Bunny masks on a stage while the audience laughs at random things.

I seen this clip ages ago and cant remember what movie it was from. It was creepy and there were people in bunny suits or masks and the audience would laugh at seemingly random things that we wouldn't find funny.

If someone could help I would be very grateful.
