Looking for a party house!

I've been all through homeaway, airbnb etc looking for a good house to rent for a weekend in May or June. It'll need 3 bedrooms minimum and on the wish list are: -grill

• hottub/pool -beach access a good space to entertain in, overall. It's gonna be 6 (mostly)responsible 20 somethings. Let me know if you know of a better way to search online or if you know of a house that fits the bill. Looking to keep it under a grand for the whole weekend.
