Questions about ordained minister obligations in Washington State.

Hello all, my fiancee and I are getting married in a couple of months and are having a friend of ours perform the ceremony. He's not currently ordained, but is working on it...the issues we're having are that there are several web sites that come up saying you can get ordained through them, but none mention any specific obligations or what it means when you go through this process. I don't want to have my buddy go through all of this if it's a huge pain and if it has lasting obligations to some ministry.

Are there any sites or places anyone knows about that's legit and doesn't require any religious/physical/monetary obligations post wedding? We don't mind paying a bit of money for my friend to get it done, just don't want any lasting obligations on his part for doing us a favor.

Thank you!

Edit: For instance, this site looks okay. http://www.open-ministry.org/index.php. I just don't know enough about any of this to make an educated guess as to what would be the right way to go.
