Common Projects Arrived. Is this normal?

First off, sorry for the bad lighting. It's the best I can do. My Cps arrived today but I noticed a few odd things. There's some creasing on the right shoe that seems a little excessive (looks quite a bit worse in person). Is some amount of straight-out-of-the-box creasing to be expected with CPs/this price range in general (not overly expensive)? Additionally, there seems to be something wonky with the sole, which is most highlighted in the second pic (ripples from back to front giving an arch appearance). This is only on one shoe, the other is perfect. Also they don't sit completely flat, but I'm assuming this is normal.

Any thoughts? Should I return? Am I going crazy? Or should I just keep em and be happy.

Edit: decided to return
