[DIPLOMACY] Dafur Rebel Dialogue

Libya Superior shares a fairly substantial border with Sudan now, and of that border all of it is disputed with Dafur rebels. We'd like to propose joint Egyptian-Sudanese-Libyan talks on how to combat such a threat and the possibility of forming a secessionist state and/or another diplomatic solution. Violence on our border is of great concern, especially to our newly reunited nation.
